Action Button Colours

All buttons in the system are colour coded according to the type of action they perform.

  • Blue - View or List items (no changes to the database)
  • Green - Add or Edit an item (forms that change the database)
  • Orange - Load a Template (can overwrite form data)
  • Red - Delete (with a warning confirmation)
  • White - Print/Export (print or export to PDF, CSV)
  • Light Blue - Send Email (to individual or multiple users as selected)
You can safely navigate and view data using Blue and White buttons which make no changes to the data.

Only Green, Orange and Red buttons add to, modify or delete the data.
