Yes, we are connected to key international links out of Cambodia. This links us with the submarine AAG cable running through Vietnam, and we also have links to the outside world running through Thailand and Laos for redundancy in case there are technical problems with any one cable. It is also worth remembering that the US and Europe typically enjoy much faster connections than here in Cambodia, so it can make a much more significant difference to a customer viewing your site over a mobile phone or 3G connection locally while minimising any difference in latency for international visitors.
