My website is down, what can I do?

If you cannot access your website, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your internet connection - can you load www.google.com?
  2. Visit our Status Page and check the Web Server status at https://support.hostasean.com/status/
  3. Check your website on your phone using a 3G/4G mobile connection instead of WIFI
