For the good of everyone we've disabled the default PHP mail() function in an effort to combat spam being send from any compromised customer websites. It's unfortunate that we've had to take this action but it's a case where one or two neglected sites can become compromised and ruin email deliverability for everyone.
If you need to send mail from your website or web app then please use SMTP functions instead of PHP mail().
For WordPress you can try a plugin such as Easy WP SMTP: https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-wp-smtp/
For PHP apps you can use PHPMailer: https://github.com/PHPMailer
If you have an ongoing website maintenance & support package with us then we've already taken care of it for you - your website functionality will be unaffected and is still able to send email.
Please contact us at support@hostasean.com if you have any questions about how to implement SMTP, we'd be happy to help.
