Mail Server Information

These are the settings to use when you are setting up your email accounts in your local email client, such as Outlook, Mail for Mac, or Mozilla Thunderbird. Often your email application will automatically find the server names, but to be sure please check the "manual configuration" to ensure the settings are correct.

IMAP/SMTP Servers: mail.yourdomain.com
Use SSL / Security Type Yes / SSL
Use Authentication Yes / Password
IMAP Port 993
SMTP Port 465 (SSL) or 587 (TLS)
Webmail: https://mail.yourdomain.com:2096

 

Your username is your full email address (you@yourdomain.com) and your password is set in your cPanel account, under the manage Email Accounts option.

Setting up email on your mobile device uses the same server details, you can use the standard Email apps on either an Android phone or iPhone.
