How to transfer a domain name

If you would like to transfer your domain name registration to us, you will need to perform the following steps:

Find where your domain name is registered, this is often your existing host, or a separate registrar like GoDaddy, NameCheap, etc.
Unlock your domain for transfer, there should be an option for this on your domain registrar's website or contact their support team.
Turn off any domain privacy settings, your WHOIS records must be public in order to transfer.
Ensure your domain registrant contact information is up to date
Get your "EPP" transfer code, this is a secret code used to transfer the domain name.

Once this is all in order, you can then transfer the domain name to us.
