Please check the hostname you are using to connect to cPanel or mail.
If you are still using "web01.hostasean.com" or "web02.hostasean.com" in your bookmarks or mail client settings, please change this to "yourdomain.com" or "mail.yourdomain.com"
So your addresses should be set to:
Incoming Mail (IMAP): mail.yourdomain.com
Outgoing Mail (SMTP): mail.yourdomain.com
